I'm an uber driver in NJ I just received a ticket with this section 39:3-19.1 does this one go to my driving records and insurance company can see it? does it have any points or is it criminal ? does affect me in any way after the resolution and paying the fine ? can I still apply for commercial driver license ?!

Every ticket affects your driving record as it is listed on your drivers abstract. The question is how much and that depends on who is looking at it

It does not appear that it carries points, only a fine. Every insurance company handles violations differently but it does not appear to be a moving violation.

It is a document violation and does not appear to have points. But it is on your abstract and likely your insurance company will be very interested.
