Need advice on traffic ticket collections

I have about $3000+ traffic ticket collections. The amount increased because of penalty, interest and civil assessment fees. My license is suspended due to failure to pay. The collections are with Alliance One. I would like to know is there any way to settle these collections less than the amount so I can get my license back. Can I still go back to court and request that? The tickets were back 2013 and 2014. I also got caught driving with suspended license (have to look for work) twice and now they put 4 points on my license and says I am a negligent operator so I have probation until August 4. What can I also do to shave off those points?

A local attorney that deals specifically with traffic tickets can help you with this case. He/she could probably get the costs reduced and clear the hold, and even fight the ticket.
Here's what you need to do: Find a way to borrow $3,000+. This is what happens when one ignores their court dates and payment obligations. You'll get your license when you pay Alliance One every last penny they want. You can go back to court and request anything you want, but don't expect much "love" from the judge.
Your best course of action contact a local attorney, either by email or phone, who will protect you and your rights.
The best way to do this is by clicking on the find a lawyer tab on AVVO. Then find one that will offer a free consultation. This benefits you in two way, first and foremost you need to find an attorney who fits well with you and secondly to make sure that they are skilled enough to take on your case. The best case scenario is that you get your questions answered and you get a powerful attorney to help you if you need one.
Sure you can go tot he judge and request whatever you want. The judge will hit his gavel and order you to pay the money you owe. In addition, you decided to not pay them for whatever reason and now your license is suspended. No you will not get your license back just because you don't want to pay your fines. By the way driving on a suspended license is a crime.
