Clerk of Court issued me the subpoenas, can I request copies of the documents be delivered to myself?

Self represented, the Clerk of Court issued me three subpoenas to be delivered to two witnesses that I will call and a business for records, and I would like to have the copies of documents from the business delivered to me, but not sure if this can be done. I would also like the subpoena to be process served by certified mail., is that possible? Thank you.

Subpoena must be personally served on the individual named or the registered agent of the entity subject to the subpoena. Trial subpoenas have the docs delivered under seal to the clerk of the court. Deposition subpoenas should be delivered under seal to a properly named deposition officer or the deposition officer can go to the office and make the copies. A litigant party cannot be the deposition officer, as he/she/it has a financial interest in the outcome of the litigation. See CCP § 2020.420.

I agree with Mr. Stempler's answer, with the slight modification that the documents (not the deposition subpoena) should be delivered under seal to a properly named deposition officer.
