I am a PHD student and about to finish my studies. I am originally from Nepal and USA has granted TPS to Nepalese in USA. If I apply and granted TPS status (which allows me to work anytime), and later my employer or me (myself) file for green card, will there be any problem?

There is no path for any degree holder or people with no degree directly from TPS to a green card.

The fact that you have TP S will not prevent you from getting any green card for which you otherwise may qualify.

TPS does not lead to a green card, thus the 'temporary' in the T of TPS (versus the 'permanent' in 'permanent resident'). Your employer can petition for an H1B which could lead to a green card, independently of your TPS status.
