What happens when you don't respond to a petition to change a child support order?
My ex filed a lawsuit for timesharing last year. DOR dealt with my child support in which they imputed both my income and my ex income incorrectly. I didn't know what he was actually making so I didn't appeal the final order. After receiving my ex income I found out he is making over 80,000 a year & why DOR imputed is monthly income at minimum wage I really dont know why. All they said is that they couldn't find any income on him. I filed a petition to supersede the child support order since it was done administratively. My ex was served and it's been over 20 days and he has not respond. Mediation is coming up for our timesharing case and since he hasn't responded to the petition I'm not quite sure what to do next. I would get an attorney if I really could afford one. I just need some help
