I was flagged over by a Georgia State Trooper while riding my motorcycle and given a speeding ticket for doing 75mph in a 50mph

I signed the ticket and road off but when I got home to closely looked at and read this ticket I noticed that the ticket stated that I have (brown hair) and I have black&gray hair. The ticket had ALL WRONG motorcycle information from tag number, make, type and year of motorcycle. I don't think I was going 75mph but I signed the ticket which has ALL of my info. correct except for the color of my hair. Will this ticket hold up in court? The ticket is for a motorcycle that I have never owned, saw or road. I don't know any thing about the bike on this ticket. What should I do?

The ticket is valid, but the information regarding the wrong motorcycle can be an indication that the officer pulled over the wrong bike. If that defense has merit, consider hiring an attorney to help you with the case. Good luck.
I believe the ticket is still valid. The officer will just say that it is a scriveners error, but he did in fact catch you speeding. I suggest that you consult with other local attorneys if you are wanting to fight the citation. In the mean time it won't hurt to take a defensive driving course to get the speed lowered so you won't get any points on you license.
They will just say they made a mistake. That is unlikely to void the ticket. Contact a local defense attorney.
Unfortunately, the ticket is most likely valid, if the case gets accused all of those errors can be corrected. It's a high speed and you should look for someone who specializes in traffic law in order to help you reduce your exposure to fines, fees, and points. Best of luck!
Ticket will most likely still be valid. Get an attorney to handle your case and negotiate with the prosecutor.
Interesting. But I agree with my colleague that it will be chalked up to a scrivener's error. If forced to court to testify the officer will say he/she made mistakes filling out the citation, but did clock you speeding. You may actually need to take the GA Motorcycle Safety course. Check on their website to see if that course will give you a points reduction. https://online.dds.ga.gov/motorcycle/
Your ticket is still valid. The errors the officer made are known as deminimus errors. They do not render your ticket fatally defective. Issues such as the color of your hair, make and model ot he bike, etc. are irrelevant to the issue of whether or not your were speeding. At best you can use them to question the office about how thoroughly he was doing his job that day. Your best option is to ask the prosecutor to reduce your speed to a non-reporting violation so it will not go on your driving history and affect your insurance rates.
