What should my husband expect at the second consulate interview?

His I-601 was approved, 20 year bar waved. He sent his passport and police report to the embassy in Guayaquil. Then they requested court documents. Now he has to go for an interview next Wednesday. How can he prepare best for this interview?

I agree with the previous answer. If an attorney helped your husband with this process, he/she would be the best one to prepare him for his interview, since the attorney probably knows all the relevant facts on the case, and have the documents with the information that the consulate may ask your husband about. Best of luck!
The visa will not be issued. He should be continuous and responsive to the questions, if any as well as accommodative to the consulate requests. He should comply with any pre-interview instructions from the consulate website. The interview will take no longer than 3 to five min and should be fine.
