Fight them on it! Good job on going breath test! I only give blood playing hockey. DUI can be very serious and expensive. .083 BAC means you have to get tough with the prosecutor and FIGHT. The goal would be to get it dismissed or a non-DUI plea, like a wet reckless. Even if you can't hire an attorney, do some consults and shop around. Remember that you have the DUE PROCESS right to hear the evidence against you; never take a plea without viewing your discovery. Nothing is more expensive and stressful than representing yourself.
