It is entirely possible for a contract to be breached in performance. However, you still need to prove damages as a result of the breach.
Allowing some students to miss 10x the normal amount may or may not result in damages to you.
Bullying may be an issue, but that's a tort issue, not a contract issue, unless the contract requires security services.
Items paid for and not delivered timely may be a breach, but again what are damages?
If the items are eventually delivered then there is no money damages unless you have delay damages. Those may be reasonable, but may not amount to much.
Click on "Find a Lawyer" in your area to review the contract and the circumstances, and determine whether there is anything there worth pursuing. My suggestion is if you are unhappy with the services, start shopping for another dance studio once this contract runs out.
