Hello , My name is Aaron Bonenberger. I am a renter. I have water damage in my bedroom coming from the porch up stairs.
I have a two story apartment. I am getting water damage from the 2nd floor sun deck.
They had roofers come look at the porch and I was told that the roof needs to be replaced.
The water is coming down into my bedroom. I was told that there is possible mold.
The owners of the property want to come in and rip out the walls and fix all the water damage while I live there. I asked to be moved into another unit, but I am not getting anywhere with them. Waiting on the roofers to make a decision. I pay $925.00 a month and I don't think I should have to live like this.
