the loan was issued by chase sold to m and t bank and insisted that im still in that loan

I am confused by your question but generally a loan can be assigned from one bank to another and remain valid. You should sit down with an attorney you can find here on Avvo to flesh out your question.

Your question is unclear. That being said, banks sell and buy loans all the time. Mortgages are transferred many times. Whether the lender has changed does not diminish your liability to pay the loan.
