You should file an eviction action to do that properly. All her personal property will end up outside of your house. Does she have anywhere to go or someone to stay with or a job to support herself or government assistance? Did you give her a written notice to be out on November 1? A written notice is required, and there is specific language that should be in a written notice to vacate, so you should do that first. Then you would file an eviction action, a hearing will be scheduled, and you would appear at the hearing. If the court issues an eviction order, then you would arrange with the local sheriff to execute the eviction on the date specified by removing all her personal property to the curb, and changing the locks. Your local court can help you, but it would be prudent to contact a local attorney you can find on Avvo to help you with the proper eviction process, or your daughter could make a claim back against you.
