Can my uncle who has business in the US be a joint sponsor for my parents and be my employer when I arrive in the US?

My uncle who has a business in the US offered me job to work with him. Meanwhile, I petitioned (I -130) my parents which got approved and now because my income may not meet the federal poverty guideline so my uncle will be the joint sponsor for affidavit of support. Would there be a problem or conflict if my uncle is both joint sponsor and my employer?

Your Uncle may be a co sponsor and he may employ you provided you obtain an Employment Authorization Document.
