I just put in my paper work in the court how long will it take to finalize? Ive been seperated (not legally) for 10 years i married in virginia but now live back in ny .

It depends upon which county you filed in. If Nassau, it may take 6-9 months (although it could be sooner). If NY County (Manhattan), it would take 3-6 months. Good luck!
