Can I still apply for rental properties if I have an eviction that was for other reasons than non payment?
I was evicted from public housing in 2014 because I had some serious family situations. In which caused me to be evicted from the rental property. Although my rent was up to date, so I know it will not reflect on my credit report. Will it reflect on a rental history system, and can I still rent or should I disclose the eviction? If so should I explain the situation or is it worth it?
