What can i do im being harassed and discriminated against at my job for being new, my race, intimidated and belittled?

Yesterday was my fourth day at my new job at taco bell and as of recent ive been talked about by managers and other team members like about my race saying that thethink im an arab and that im a gypsy because i have a lot of children and also has had one of the mangers harass me everyday that ive been working with her because she literally sat there and said she would rather have someone thatnew what they were doing instead of someone who doesnt and how backes up with work she would be then comes up to me as the other manager leaves and says to me you knkw the games sims well your like the characters that if you dont tell them to do something they just walk into walls and on my second day she says im sorry but your not going fast enough when i was going as fast as i could then complains about me the whole shift and sends mebhome whenever she possibly can.
