Misdemeanor ?
My boyfriend has been in jail for almost 3 months. I dont understand why he didnt get sentence . I looked up his record and it reads 2 cases. His bail is also 200,000.

With a 200k bail, he's probably being charged with felonies. Was that your question?

I'm not sure what you're asking. You say he hasn't been sentenced, did he plea? Then you say he has a 200k bail. That seems to indicate a serious felony. Three months is not a long time waiting for trial on a serious felony. It can take 6 months or longer, depending on a lot of factors.

I agree with my colleagues. $200k in bail seems very likely that he has been charged with felonies.
