- After five years of service in law enforcement, Adam followed in his own father's footsteps by pursuing and earning his Juris Doctor at Stetson University College of Law, where he graduated Cum Laude with a Concentration in Advocacy and was the recipient of the Paul Barnard Award for Clinic Excellence
- Following law school, Mr. Bugg was hired by the 6th Circuit State Attorney’s Office, where he worked as a prosecutor for 3 years, prosecuting hundreds of cases and litigating dozens of jury trials ranging from misdemeanors and DUIs to first degree felonies
- In addition to his time at the 6th Circuit State Attorney's Office, Mr. Bugg practiced at a large civil firm as well as a smaller firm handling personal injury matters before accepting a position with the 13th Circuit State Attorney’s Office in Tampa, Florida
- For over six years, Mr. Bugg prosecuted thousands more cases and gained extensive additional courtroom and trial experience
- Mr. Bugg was selected to serve in the Special Victim’s Unit, assuming responsibility for protecting the most vulnerable members of the community
