- Jacobs’ practice focuses on development, as he is well-versed in development management agreements with buyers and the complex issues that may arise
- With a specific expertise in hospitality, Jacobs has also effectively negotiated hotel management agreements with national brands and boutique operators for hotels across the country
- Jacobs often engages both sides of transactions involving homebuilders as well and has completed sales contracts with nearly all major homebuilders nationwide
- Additionally, his work has included a number of joint venture acquisitions in opportunity zones in recent months
- Jacobs’ full practice includes sophisticated real estate transactions, including the representation of private and institutional investors, and owners and developers in connection with the acquisition, disposition, development and financing of commercial real estate properties, with an emphasis on the negotiation and structuring of complex joint venture agreements
