- In that position, she was in charge of all the State’s appellate litigation in all state and federal courts in the country, including the Supreme Courts of the United States and Tennessee
- The cases she has headed up—most of them high-profile and high-stakes—cover many areas of the law: antitrust, healthcare law, employment law, administrative law, constitutional law, class-action defense, insurance law, education, state and local taxation, professional liability, personal injury, civil rights, contract negotiations and disputes, tort law, government relations, and elections and voting rights
