- She has represented municipal corporations as well as private developers in matters involving site plan, subdivision and condominium development work, real property and leasing transactions, municipal planning and zoning matters, and financing transactions
- She has represented clients at land tribunals, committees of adjustment, and appeared before municipal council meetings on planning and development matters
- She also assists clients in condominium-related matters, including providing advice to developers, condominium corporations, management companies and unit owners
