Brian Allan Held, a partner since 2007, has been named to the Super Lawyers list every year from 2011 to 2020. Known as a relentless litigator, a few of Mr. Held’s notable settlements include $8.5 million involving a fork lift accident, $4.5 million involving a construction defect case against a developer in Bergen County New Jersey, $1.72 million involving a work-related personal injury action accident against Hostess/Drakes, $1.5 million involving a slip and fall personal injury case against Trump Taj Mahal Casino in Atlantic City New Jersey, $1.325 Million on motor vehicle personal injury case, $1 million in a case involving a pedestrian knockdown case for severely injured or otherwise damaged clients, and $2.1 million in a motor vehicle accident case. In 2009, Mr. Held became a lifetime member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, making the firm the first in New Jersey to have two lifetime members.
