- CPS Energy, Cause No. 2021 CI18484 in the 224th Judicial District Court of Bexar County, Texas. • As co-lead trial lawyer, Mr. Carr delivered opening and closing statements to the jury and questioned the majority of the witnesses in a medical malpractice trial for our firm’s paralyzed client in Dallas County, Texas in November and December 2022
- The firm obtained a $10.1 million plaintiff’s verdict which was one of the top fifty largest verdicts in Texas (#28 overall) in 2022

- Flower Mound Hospital Partners, LLC d/b/a Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Flower Mound, Cause No. DC-20-17490 in the 68th Judicial District Court of Dallas County, Texas. • As co-lead trial lawyer, Mr. Carr delivered the opening statement to the jury, cross-examined the CEO of the target defendant, and questioned critical witnesses in a quadruple fatality jury trial in Midland County, Texas in May 2021
