- Clay successfully prosecuted a verdict against Erie Insurance Company and has two other substantial verdicts in cases for more than $1.3 million
- Clay has settled a wrongful death case in excess of $1.9 million and has also settled multiple serious premises liability cases against Burger King, Dollar General, Wells Fargo, Coronado Coal and Walmart, for example
