- In 2015, Dave was hired as Risk Management Counsel for the City of Philadelphia where he worked for 2.5 years
- As Risk Counsel, Dave was responsible for overseeing the Injured Workers’ Program at the City of Philadelphia including overseeing a 46 person Third Party Administration Staff, and coordinating the training and delivery of benefit with departmental safety officers
- Dave was also appointed as the City’s Heart and Lung Partial Arbitrator and as the City Solicitor’s designee on the Board of Pensions Benefits Committee
