- As a Deputy Maricopa County Attorney for over six years, David prosecuted cases with charges ranging from drug possession and forgery to violent crimes, including shootings, aggravated assaults, and attempted murder
- He also worked extensively in the Sex Crimes Bureau, where he prosecuted nearly every kind of sex offense
- As a sex crimes prosecutor for more than four years, David received comprehensive training in all areas related to sex crimes investigations
- This training included forensic interviewing of children, the use of DNA, analyzing medical evidence, and forensic computer analysis
