Atty. Franzisca Anna Stuckenberg

Franzisca is a senior associate and a member of the investment funds practice in POELLATH's Frankfurt office. She advises German and international credit institutions, financial service providers and fund managers on all regulatory issues, in particular with regard to the German Banking Act (KWG), MiFID II and the German Investment Code (KAGB). Furthermore, she specializes in advising on the distribution of financial instruments. She studied law at University of Osnabrueck, admitted to the bar in 2018 and worked previously in the field of supervisory law in a major law firm, before she joined POELLATH in 2023.
