Atty. Marcus Niermann

Dr Marcus Niermann is a counsel at POELLATH in Berlin.

Marcus specializes in tax and legal advice for wealthy private clients, foundations and family businesses, particularly succession planning.

His work also focuses on relocation advice and cross-border structuring advice, including trusts. His advice never follows a fixed pattern, as Marcus is always on the lookout for creative solutions.

Marcus studied law in Heidelberg and Munich (Ph.D. 2018), completed his legal traineeship in Berlin and New York City (2014-2016), served as a research assistant at an international law firm in Berlin (2016-2017).
