- Mr. Feldon also worked as a Trial Attorney at the Equity Section of the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia, where he served as lead counsel for the District of Columbia in class actions, complex constitutional and statutory litigation, and politically sensitive cases
- Among other matters, he won summary judgment on two putative class actions alleging employment discrimination by current and former District of Columbia employees
- Prior to his work in government, Mr. Feldon was in private practice where he represented clients in the pharmaceutical and transportation industries in arbitration, at trial, and on appeal
