- These matters have involved a wide range of building systems and components, including foundations, reinforced and post-tension concrete, masonry, roofing, drywall assemblies, stucco, EIFS, curtain wall systems, railings, coatings, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression systems, drilled shafts, and other structural and building elements
- As lead counsel, Gary has handled jury and non-jury trials, arbitrations, and appeals
- He has also served for many years as an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association and as a mediator in complex construction and commercial disputes
