In October 2015, Grier joined the ATWF team, bringing with him many years of experience in all areas of medical litigation, including cardiovascular, neurologic, neursurgical, radiology, oncology, obstetric-gynecologic and hospital administration issues. Grier’s litigation immersion began with his employment as a staff attorney at the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas in Columbus. His next position with Earl Warburton & Adams lasted over 25 years. Starting as an associate and working to partner, Grier was involved with medical negligence litigation from the outset. His caseload included a myriad of traumatic injury and wrongful death cases. He has tried products liability and general liability cases for both plaintiffs and defendants, in addition to maintaining a statewide medical litigation caseload representing hospitals, physicians, pharmacists, nurses, extended care facilities and health care service agencies. His federal and state litigation docket also led to an appellate practice where some of his cases were resolved in the Ohio Supreme Court or the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. His outside interests include history, travel and enjoying the company of his wife and family, and their menagerie of animals.
