Atty. Heidi E. Storz

Shareholder Heidi Storz is an attorney with more than 25 years of experience representing clients in construction-related disputes. Her practice focuses on Commercial Litigation, Litigation – Construction, and Construction Law. Based in Broomfield, Colorado, Heidi works with Kerrane Storz PC and regularly handles complex construction defect matters involving residential and commercial projects. Heidi is known for developing a thorough understanding of the engineering, architectural, and scientific issues underlying construction disputes. Her familiarity with construction methods allows her to collaborate closely with forensic consultants and other professionals to develop well-supported legal strategies tailored to each case. She is actively involved throughout the dispute resolution process and continues to work with clients after matters are resolved, often assisting as questions arise during repairs and project completion. Before attending law school, Heidi served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Belize, Central America, where she worked with young adults and children who had experienced physical or sexual abuse. During her service, she traveled to every high school in the country to conduct the first nationwide study measuring the incidence of child abuse. Earlier in her career, Heidi spent five years in Boulder, Colorado providing vocational services to adults with intellectual and cognitive disabilities, helping them transition from institutional settings to living and working in their home communities. Outside of her legal practice, Heidi enjoys beekeeping, gardening, cooking, watching her sons participate in sports, and traveling whenever possible.
