Atty. Jeff E. Scott

As General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, Jeff E. Scott leads the firm’s legal risk management and professional responsibility initiatives. Jeff advises firm leadership and its attorneys on governance, ethics, and risk strategy/mitigation. He plays a key role in shaping policies that support the firm’s operations, client relationships, and responsible use of AI and machine learning technologies.

Prior to taking on the General Counsel role, Jeff served as a co-chair of the Firm’s global litigation practice group. As a litigator, Jeff earned numerous accolades, including “Litigation Attorney of the Year” by the Los Angeles Business Journal and recognition as a “go-to” trial lawyer for major motion picture studios and gaming companies.
