- It is this mentality that drives him to fight for his clients and make sure their story is not only told, but heard. “Many times, our clients are going through the worst time of their lives—they’ve either been seriously injured, or their loved one has died due to no fault of their own, and their lives are turned upside down,” Ben says. “They are already in a weakened state, and those who caused their harm are not listening to them, not showing them that respect, and not treating them fairly

- That’s where we come in.” Ben believes that many times, incidents causing serious injury or death are preventable if due care had been exercised, or better systems and policies had been in place
- It’s this mentality that drives Ben to fight relentlessly for his clients against those who have caused them, or their loved one, harm
