Prior to that he practiced at both Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver and Jacobson, LLP and Proskauer Rose, LLP, each a preeminent national law firm renowned for its expertise in highly sophisticated corporate transactions. Jonathan’s wealth of legal skills and experience, combined with a keen business acumen, affords him a broad understanding of commercial matters and the ability to complement our clients’ needs for risk mitigation and pragmatism.
While in law school, he was Articles Editor of the Brooklyn Law Review. He also was a member of the Executive Board of the Moot Court Honor Society.
