- Our firms trial practice has taken me to courts in several states and well over a dozen counties
- We also are available for appeals
- And in that capacity I have had the honor of arguing in every appellate court in the State of Washington, including the Supreme Court of the State of Washington
- My federal practice has included submission and/or appearances in federal courts of Washington, Idaho, and Pennsylvania and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals
- I have enjoyed a near constant volunteer experience with both state and local bar associations
- Our firm has managed civil injury cases ranging from vehicle collisions with minimal injuries, to multi-million dollar settlements and verdicts
- Our criminal practice includes jury trial experience that includes homicide cases and everything down to minor traffic offenses
- When I'm not at work, I am with my wife and two boys
- We love spending time together at the boys countless activities and sports, in the mountains, and on Puget Sound
