- In addition to providing support on litigation matters in the areas of construction defect and casualty defense, as part of the firm’s leadership team, Mark supports the firm’s business operations, including in the areas of finance and revenue management, firm-wide billing practices, implementation and compliance with client guidelines, attorney recruitment and hiring, business development, risk management and IT solutions
- Mr. Bohm received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern California and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law
- While obtaining his J.D., Mr. Bohm was a member of the University of Miami Entertainment & Sports Law Review and the Moot Court Board, and was selected for membership in The Order of Barristers
- Mr. Bohm was formerly a partner at the law firm of Thornton, Davis & Fein and later joined Rembold Hirschman’s predecessor firm, Bogert & Rembold as Of Counsel
- Mr. Bohm has extensive experience in numerous complex civil litigation practice areas including insurance defense and construction litigation
