- As a young teenager, reading about some of the great lawyers in our nations early history like John Adams and Abraham Lincoln inspired me to be a lawyer
- After graduating from the Oak Brook College of Law I practiced criminal defense on a regular basis during the week and drove all over the western states on weekends
- I loved driving, a trait passed on by my father, a Class A driver who always seem to enjoy a good drive even when he already had been putting in long hours
- Soon some of my attorney friends started asking me to defend them on their speeding tickets and telling me that I should start up a practice focused on defending drivers
- Now all of my practice is defended on keeping drivers records clean and their insurance rates low
- Over the last ten years of practice, free time has become more difficult to come by
- I am the immediate Past President of the Oak Brook College of Law Alumni Association, I also serve on the Board for the Oak Brook College of Law, and I am active in mentoring up and coming law students and lawyers as they work to establish careers
- What has not changed is my love of the open road
- We are privileged to live in a land of great freedom and great resources
