- Climate and environmental work are a developing area in Mark’s practice
- For ten years, he was the President of Blue Green Canada, an alliance of Canadian labour unions and environmental organizations
- He was also a member of the Federal Government’s Just Transition Task Force in 2018
- Along with other members of the firm’s public interest litigation team, he will be developing legal strategies in a range of areas, including climate change
