Mr. Payne is a founding member of Coan, Payton & Payne, LLC and serves on its Executive Committee. He spends his time between the firm’s Denver, Fort Collins and Greeley offices. He is a frequent speaker before real estate and legal professionals and a contributor to various real estate and trade publications.
Mike lives in Windsor with his wife, three children, and their two big dogs (Bernese Mountain Dog and Boxer). In spare moments, Mike enjoys golfing, tennis, cooking, and savoring a hot cup of coffee.
