Atty. Michael Kutzner

Michael Kutzner is a Seattle-based attorney who focuses on litigation defense involving commercial disputes, transportation matters, premises liability, and asbestos claims. He represents clients in civil litigation matters in state and federal courts.

Michael’s practice includes defending businesses and insurers in a range of liability and commercial matters, with experience in both general civil litigation and industry-specific disputes.

Before entering civil practice, Michael worked in criminal defense in both private practice and as a public defender, developing courtroom and trial experience.

Michael earned his J.D. and MBA from Seattle University and his Bachelor of Science from Walla Walla University.

Outside of his legal practice, Michael enjoys fitness, automotive projects, and visiting historic sites.
