- and litigating Arbitration hearings, as well as bench trials in the civil courts
- He has significant litigation and successful jury trial experience, both at the Illinois Worker's Compensation Commission and in the various local Circuit Courts
- Mr. Sink has also been an invited lecturer for various corporations across the country and is an active member of Illinois State Bar Association, Illinois Workers' Compensation Lawyers Association, and Chicago Bar Association
