- As a longstanding advisor to Village Roadshow Entertainment Group, Peter advised on a $380 million re-capitalisation program between mezzanine and equity with numerous stakeholders worldwide. This transaction won the International Financial Law Review Asia Private Equity Deal of the Year in 2013.
- In 2014 Peter acted for Madman Film and Media Pty Ltd in the purchase of the Madman Films business from Funtastic Limited.
