Atty. Peter Yoo

Peter Yoo is a partner at Beard Winter LLP and practises largely in the area of insurance defence litigation, with an emphasis in the areas of third party tort claims and related coverage matters, first party Statutory Accident Benefits claims (including loss transfer and priority matters), property/commercial general liability claims (including coverage and subrogation), E & O claims (including Director/Officer liability and professional negligence) and product liability claims. Peter has experience at numerous court levels, including the Ontario Court of Appeal; he has also conducted tribunal hearings at the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and the License Appeal Tribunal, as well as private insurer dispute arbitrations pursuant to the Insurance Act. Peter has been selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in Canada in the field of Insurance Law.
