Bob also has experience representing clients with respect to real estate disputes, including governmental takings and related actions. Among others, Bob represents business entities, their officers and directors, entrepreneurs, joint venturers, real estate developers, inventors, professional practices, land owners, title insurance companies, and commercial landlords and tenants. Bob has significant experience representing clients in Florida state courts, federal courts around the country, and in private and FINRA arbitrations. With his grasp of commercial transactions and securities Bob provides advice on structure, governance, and finance of corporate, securities, and real estate transactions. Bob also provides evaluation of business opportunities by conducting complex due diligence and legal risk analysis. Bob is licensed to practice in all Florida state and federal courts, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, Louisiana State Courts, and the Eastern District of Louisiana. Bob also has extensive experience with mediation and negotiation, giving him insight into a full spectrum of tools to solve clients’ problems. Prior to joining Rennert Vogel Mandler & Rodriguez, P.A. in 2010, Bob worked as a securities litigator in New Orleans.
