Atty. Robert S. Clark

Robert Clark has extensive experience in complex litigation, representing local and national companies with respect to securities, class actions, trade secrets, antitrust, corporate governance, intellectual property, shareholder derivative actions, etc. He has extensive experience representing clients in state and federal courts including trials, arbitrations, appeals, and settlements.

Mr. Clark has served as President of the Utah Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University and was recognized as a Joseph Fielding Smith Scholar.

Mr. Clark was recognized by Benchmark Litigation 2010-2014 in the areas of Anti-Trust, Commercial Litigation, and Appellate Law. He was also recognized by Benchmark Appellate as a Tenth Circuit Litigation star 2012-2013. He was named one of the top general commercial litigation lawyers in Utah in the 2003-2014 editions of Chambers USA – America’s Leading Business Lawyers.
