- Mr. Morgan got his start on the management-side, advising employers regarding policy implementation, discipline and termination decisions, and defending them in lawsuits
- In 1992, Mr. Morgan met and joined Don Gasiorek, Dave Kotzian, Pat McCauley and Paul Hines at a larger, multi-practice firm and expanded his practice to include representing executive-level employees with employment contracts and equity interests, employees with disability discrimination and sexual harassment claims, and compensation disputes
- By 2007, when he co-founded the GMGMK firm, Mr. Morgan was regarded as one of the finest Plaintiff-side employment litigators in Michigan
- Because he continues to counsel and advise several Detroit-area employers in their day-to-day workforce management issues, and serve as their defense counsel, Mr. Morgan is frequently hired to conduct independent investigations and to serve as a neutral mediator or arbitrator
- Mr. Morgan was elected to serve on the Novi Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors in November 2010, and became Chairman of the Board in December 2014
