Atty. Stefan Müller

Dr. Stefan Müller joined the firm of VOSSIUS in 2008. He was admitted to practice as a European Patent Attorney in 2013 and as a German Patent Attorney in 2017. Dr. Müller studied biology at the University of Würzburg with a main emphasis on pharmaceutical biology, botany and organic chemistry. After finishing his diploma thesis, he was working on his dissertation focused on the spectrum efficacy and signal mechanism of oxidized lipids in Arabidopsis thaliana at the Institute of Pharmaceutical Biology of the University Würzburg. Dr. Müller has experience in pre-grant, opposition and appeal proceedings before the European Patent Office. Dr. Müller has particular expertise in the fields of biochemistry and biotechnology, immunology, pharmacology, organic chemistry and in cases dealing with the production of substances by using genetically modified microorganisms. Dr. Müller has litigation experience with patents involving HIV, PCR, cell cultures and amino acid production.
