- • Employment litigation in a variety of contexts, including administrative review proceedings under the Illinois Wage Payment and Collection Act, as well as cases involving breach of contract, wrongful termination, restrictive covenants, non-competition disputes, and cases involving restraining orders under the Illinois Workplace Violence Prevention Act
