- Bill wanted to find a practice where he could focus solely on working with injured people, and Sweeney Julian was the perfect fit
- Prior to joining Sweeney Julian, Bill was a Partner in the firms Moran & Keller PLLC, and MWW PLLC, where the practice focused on personal injury and high-stakes commercial litigation
- Bill started his legal career as an associate at the law firm of LeGros Buchanan & Paul, where he defended the interests of fishing vessels, tug boats, shipping companies and other marine interests
- During that time, Bill learned the ins and outs of how insurance companies and defendants evaluate claims and aggressively seek to intimidate injured persons from fully exercising their rights to a reasonable recovery
- Bill received his B.A. as a double major in Political Science and History from Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon in 1995
- Thereafter, Bill graduated with a J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School, where he was selected as a member of the Moot Court Appellate board
